Are your websites created from pre-designed templates?

No, all our sites start with a blank canvas, with artwork created specifically to suit your company image.

Does your web starter package have any hidden fees such as buying the website address and hosting charges?

There are no hidden fees: our three/four page starter sites include everything required to get your company up and running with a live website.

Do you provide ‘flash’ websites?

If you mean websites which look great, the answer is yes! If you’re referring to the Adobe Flash program which creates animations/active graphics in websites, the answer is no.

I already own a web address, but need a website created and linked to it, can you help?

Yes, if you already own a web address (url) we’d be happy to create the site for you. You would need to log into the management account where you bought the url and change a few settings in order to link your web address to the website we create for you.

I’ve got a load of crazy ideas for how I’d like my website structured and trick features I’d like it to do, can you help?

We’re afraid not. We specialise if great looking brochure style websites, which give information about your company and what you do, without expensive whistles and bells. 

Can you create an e-commerce website for me, where people can buy products via my site?

As with the answer above, we’re afraid not. We concentrate on professional looking, entry-level sites like the one you’re currently looking at and reading.

I’d like some promotional flyers and a magazine advert designed to match my website, can you help there?

Yes, we have a over 15 years of graphic design experience and would be happy to provide a quote for graphic design work.

I’ve created a website using a template from an ‘instant site’ package, but it doesn’t look quite right. Can you help make it look more professional?

Sorry, the answer is no. Templated ‘instant sites’ are often very rigid in terms of how things need to be structured and what customising is available – that’s not how we work. We create sites which are right for you and your business, not universal sites which just need the words changing.

Do your prices include VAT?

We’re a small company, so we don’t charge VAT.

What happens if you design me a website, but I want somes changes done after a few months?

Simple updates like wording and image changes within the first year are INCLUDED in your initial set up fee, so you have no need to worry about minor edditing fees. If you'd like more major updates such as new pages added or a change of style, that would would be charged at just £30 per hour.

We do web and design work for companies all over the UK, from Bath, to Birmingham and beyond. We're based in Sidcup, so places we can cover on a face-to-face basis with our website design package include: Sidcup, Swanley, Dartford, Orpington, New Eltham, Welling, Bexleyheath, Chislehurst, Mottingham and more.
